Quality of service

Quality of service is a priority for ITO@UGA. Therefore, a Users Committee has been set up to monitor the quality of service perceived by users.

The missions of this committee are :

  • Measure the quality of service perceived by users and its evolution,
  • To identify the main positive points and areas for improvement,
  • To express this perception to the co-directors and the ITO@UGA Orientation and Monitoring Committee and to advise on development proposals.

The Quality Advisor ensures that the action plan agreed upon with the committee is implemented in ITO@UGA.
