Who are we ?

The creation of the Innovation and Transfer Office (ITO@UGA) of the Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA) is part of the construction of the UGA integrated university.

After nine months of reflection, ITO@UGA was officially created on January 1, 2021, after validation by the authorities of the institutions concerned, in particular by the Boards of Directors of Grenoble INP-UGA and then the UGA.
 

ITO@UGA brings together the strengths of four departments:

• The UGA's Valorization Department: specifically the DAPIV of the DGDRIV,
• The Grenoble INP - UGA Valorization Department: precisely the S-VPE of the DRIVE,
• The subsidiary Floralis of the UGA,
• The INPG Entreprise SA subsidiary of Grenoble INP - UGA.

These four services are united under the single banner ITO@UGA in order to increase their collective efficiency in serving users.
