In 2024, the iForum, the annual meeting of local innovation partners, will be hosted by the new Tech&Fest event on February 1 and 2, at Alpexpo.

Do you have an innovative project to promote transitions?

Don't hesitate, a place is waiting for you in the village of Grenoble Alpes laboratory projects in the iForum pavilion!

As part of Tech and Fest, local innovation support players will be hosting an "iForum, innovation by Grenoble Alpes" pavilion, demonstrating the region's wealth of innovation support ecosystems, encouraging the emergence of projects, their transfer and the start-ups that follow.

The 400 m² pavilion within the tech&solutions universe will highlight innovations serving transitions, and will include several areas:

The Grenoble Alpes laboratories project village, designed to showcase a dozen emerging projects by local research players.
    the iVenture start-up village, reserved for companies selected as part of the iVenture program wishing to showcase their innovations
    a space, hosted by French Tech Alpes, for around twenty start-ups from their network
    a forum for start-up advisors to present their products and services, including an exchange and conference area where exhibitors' pitches, workshops and testimonials will be organized...
    the Fab Lab at La Casemate
    the iVenture, designed to bring together pre-selected technology start-ups from the Alpine region and/or Auvergne Rhone Alpes with national and international investors.

To ensure that the projects of the selected laboratories are visible to the general public for longer than just the duration of the event, an exhibition, co-produced with La Casemate, will be organized to showcase around ten innovative projects from Grenoble laboratories. The exhibition will be on display in La Casemate's project gallery for around 2 months (dates to be confirmed).

 

YOUR VISIBILITY IN THE PROJECT VILLAGE :

 

•     A turnkey exhibition space of around 4m², at the heart of the iForum ecosystem of local innovation facilitators.
•     Support from La Casemate to help you mediate and present your innovative project
•     A slot for presenting your project in the iForum program
•     High-profile press relations under the Grenoble Alpes banner
•     A large and diversified visitor base (B2B, students, general public (10,000 visitors expected).

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Your participation in this village is entirely voluntary. You are responsible, if necessary, for arranging your demonstrator and producing any presentation documents you may need on the day.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

Around ten exhibitors will be selected according to the following criteria:

•     Your project must be led by one (or more) players in academic research, and have strong roots in the Grenoble-Alpes region.
•     Your project must fall within one of the 12 areas for the ecological transition and resilience of the region (climate, air, energy, nature and biodiversity, produce and consume differently, inequalities, water, health, mobility, food and agriculture, waste, city of tomorrow).
•     Your solution must be innovative, and you must have tangible elements to illustrate it so that it can be demonstrated/manipulated.
•     Your project must not have received excessive media coverage beforehand.
•     Your team must be available in advance of the event to work with La Casemate on the mediation/scripting of your project, and be present throughout the event to man the stand.

November 10: deadline for applications

end of November: selection of your project by a selection committee made up of iForum partners: research establishments, SATT, competitiveness clusters, UGA and local authorities.

Tech&fest is the event conceived and organized by Dauphiné Libéré, an EBRA Group company, to highlight the best technological solutions and innovations from the Auvergne Rhone Alpes region, and to showcase them on a national and European scale, all in a festive atmosphere. The target audiences are professionals (February 1), students (February 2) and the general public (February 2, from 4pm).

The tech&fest will be organized around 6 universes:

Over two days, tech&fest will feature :

 

•     Nearly 80 inspiring conferences featuring regional, national and international personalities, and round-table discussions on strategic topics.
•     150 experiential spaces to discover companies whose growth is driven by innovation.
•     A Job Dating area
•     Targeted networking and qualified appointments
•     Site visits and hosting of national and international delegations
